Brie cheese is simply amazing. Arguably the best cheese in the entire world, as far as I am concerned. Interesting tidbit: “Several hundred years ago, Brie was one of the tributes which had to be paid to the French kings.” Aptly called “The Queen of Cheeses.” Can’t wait to try real Brie in France… You must have it.
